Buying a home or Selling a home are two of the most challenging and rewarding ventures you will ever undertake. I really enjoy my job and I take great pride and pleasure in helping to find that perfect home for my Buyers. It can be a little scary for the First Time Buyer, but I do all I can to take the "scary" out of it. I also get a lot of satisfaction in making sure that the moving process for my Sellers is as worry and stress free as I can make it. I use my experience and knowledge of the local market to assure that, whatever your real estate needs may be, they are handled with efficiency, integrity and most importantly ~ honesty.
Personal
Originally from Newport News, VA, I arrived in Havelock in 1994 by way of military transfer. Having three daughters keeps me busy. The oldest graduated from UNC Wilmington in 2008 and got married in August 2009! She works at Pirates Place in Greenville, NC where she and her husband Matt live - they finished building their first house (with lots of help from family and friends) and moved in this past May! My middle daughter graduated from Cape Fear Community College in May and continues working at Banfield Pet Hospital! The youngest is a Junior at Havelock High School and is the Libero for the Varsity Volleyball Team.
Having bought my first home in 1999 - in Havelock. I find this entire area to be a wonderful place to live and raise a family or to retire and enjoy life! The city and surrounding areas have a variety of offerings for our diverse population. Quite literally, there is something for everyone - from the history of the Colonial Capitol - New Bern...to the beauty of the Crystal Coast Beaches!
